By using the Tlangau website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tlangau is a community notification app. The website provides information, support, and a live list of available locations. Premium server dashboard features (Ring, Message, Broadcast) are purchased as in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play—not on this website.

Free features include Statistics and Polls. Premium entitlements are tied to your signed-in account and remain active for the purchased plan period (monthly or yearly).

3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 In-app purchases (current)

Subscribe inside the Tlangau app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Prices, billing period, and auto-renewal terms are shown by Apple or Google before you confirm. Payment is processed entirely by the store; we do not receive your full card or UPI details.

4.2 Restore purchases

Use Restore purchases in the app (iOS) or sign in with the same store account (Android) to recover entitlements on a new device.

4.3 Legacy website access codes

We no longer sell access codes on this website. Legacy codes already redeemed in the app may remain valid until expiry under their original terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or website, including spam, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to circumvent subscription or security controls.

6. Subscriptions and Entitlements

Premium entitlements are non-transferable, tied to your account, and expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed. You must comply with Apple and Google subscription terms where applicable.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

See our Refund Policy. App Store and Google Play refunds are primarily handled by Apple and Google. Cancel auto-renewal in your device’s subscription settings.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your App Store or Google Play account secure
  • Using your subscription only for its intended purpose
  • Ensuring your sign-in email is correct and accessible
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or subscription

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tlangau website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tlangau or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscription entitlements are personal and non-transferable.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to abuse subscriptions or purchases
  • Resell or redistribute subscription access
  • Impersonate any person or entity

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Immediate resolution of technical issues
  • Availability of all features at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tlangau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding billing period
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data or inability to use the service

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tlangau, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Any other reason we deem necessary

17. Governing Law
